Diagnosis
A numbering group has not been assigned to this combination of company code and numbering class.
Withholding tax types exist that are relevant to numbering. The system cannot determine a certificate number because the Customizing settings are incomplete.
System Response
Payment cannot be made.
Procedure
Assign a numbering group to the company code and numbering class combination.
