Diagnosis

You want to maintain or transport entries in table T500C manually. However, table T500C must not be manually converted in the context of the currency changeover of the European Monetary Union (EMU).

System Response

The system outputs a warning message.

Procedure

• To perform the euro changeover, use the corresponding changeover report.

  In the imlementation guide you can find this under: Cross-Application Components --> European Monetary Union: Euro --> Changeover of Human Resources --> Currency Changeover --> Payroll --> Perform Changeover for Payroll Currency.

• You want to make changes in table T500C that have nothing to do with the currency changeover in the context of the EMU.

  You can make the necessary changes and save or transport.
