You want to modify a structure node in the System Administration Assistant, which is in the SAP name range.
System Response
You cannot modify or delete the parts of the System Administration Assistant delivered by SAP in customer systems.
Procedure
Define your own custom subtree under the main node, under which you can create your structure nodes.
