Diagnosis
The data for the R/3 connection could not be determined due to an unknown error.
System Response
Procedure
Call Transaction SM59 and check if the R/3 connection exists. If it does not, create it using Transaction SM59. Only then can you access your remote system from the System Administration Assistant.
