Diagnosis
No processing characteristics exist for loan in company code .
System Response
The system determines and updates processing characteristics for every loan with contract status. There must always be processing characteristics for a contract.
Procedure
If the loan has contract status, contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Set the processing characteristics for the loan to initial value using the report Display and Maintenance of Processing Characteristics when processing Update Loans Without Characteristics. After the initialization this case should no longer arise for this loan.
