You pressed the activate or post button.
System Response
You receive a message telling you that no items have been created.
Procedure
You wanted to activate or post a waiver or a write-off. However, first you must create an appropriate waiver of write-off item.
To do this, on the "Open items" tab page select one or more records and then press
"Create waiver" or "Create write-off".
The items then appear in the table below.
Now you can activate or immediately post them.
