The system was unable to determine the overpayment balance.
Procedure
In Customizing for Loans (Transaction Management -> Flow Types -> Define Flow Types), check the flow types assigned to the flow type group '06' (overpayment/advance payment).
Enter the flow type group '06' for all the overpayment flow types.
