Diagnosis
The cash flow for the loan contains flows that have been changed manually and fixed. These flows cannot be changed when the FI cash flow is calculated. The unscheduled repayment you have entered and these fixed flows result in a negative remaining balance.
Procedure
Check the cash flow, in particular the planned flows that have been changed manually, and make any necessary adjustments.
