Diagnosis
An import lock has been activated in the target client for the specified object.
System Response
The system does not activate the specified object.
Procedure
Import locks are maintained in table T77TR for specific clients (using Customizing or directly by maintaining tables).
An import lock is implemented by an entry for the object type in question and infotype 1000.
If you want to deactivate an import lock, you must maintain the table accordingly.
