Diagnosis
Fields cannot be used for decision operations unless a feature has a structure from which the fields in question are selected.
System Response
Procedure
Access the structure maintenance transaction and make sure that a structure name has been specified for decision fields, and that each field to be used in a decision operation has been selected (that is, flagged).
