Diagnosis
The error could have occurred because:
- there is no entry with an empty variable key,
- there is an entry with an empty variable key which, however, does not contain a decision operation.
Procedure
All personnel calculation rules must begin with an empty variable key. In this case, a decision operation must also be defined.
