Infotype &1 subtype &3 for &2 not sufficiently defined

Diagnosis
One or more of the following fields of infotype subtype are not defined for personnel number :
FACTO - Car manufacturer
MODEL - Car model
RGNDA - First registration date
You will not be able to perform the migration of infotype
until all personnel numbers have sufficienty defined entries.
System Response
The report will check infotype data for all personnel numbers. Afterwards the processing will be terminated.
Procedure
Check records of infotype subtype for and define values in fields FACTO, MODEL, RGNDA where they are missing.
