Only 2 CTAEO/CCAEO can exist in a time frame, from one issuing authority

Diagnosis
As per legislation an issuing authority can issue only two court orders of type CTAEOs (EWT) or CCAEOs (EWC) within a particular time frame.
System Response
Procedure
If you receive a third order of the type EWT or EWC in the same time frame, you cannot enter it and should return it back to the issuing authority.
