Diagnosis

You have entered a date in the field Intended start (intended start date for Statutory Paternity Leave for the birth of a child) that is earlier than the expected, or actual, date of birth (Expected delivery or Actual delivery date fields, respectively). This form of Statutory Paternity Leave cannot begin on a date earlier than the expected or actual date of birth of the child.
