Diagnosis
The date an employee intends to start Statutory Paternity Leave (SPL) when adopting a child cannot more than 49 days after the actual placement date of the child.
System Response
Procedure
To ensure the employee's eligibility for Statutory Paternity Pay (adoption), maintain a date in field Intended start APP that is 49 days or less after the date contained in field Actual placement.
