No period modifier defined for payroll frequency in table T549R

System Response

The system will not be able to check the correctness of the amount of previous tax paid as copied from form P45 or P6. Therefore processing is stopped at this point.

Procedure

Even though you might not use monthly or weekly payroll in your payroll system, it is needed to have entries for both payroll frequencies available in table T549R.

Procedure for System Administration

Please add an entry for payroll frequency to table T549R and assign it to a period modifier of your choice. If you do not use monthly or weekly payroll, you still need to add a dummy entry.
