Diagnosis
The system could not find a valid control record for this employee. These are possible reasons:
- No valid payroll area was found.
- No control record exists for the employee's payroll area.
- The period of the control record has not been generated for the period modifier of the employee's control record.
System Response
The action is cancelled.
Procedure
Check the employee's Organizational Assignment (0001).
Procedure for System Administration
Check the settings for the payroll area, especially for the control record and for the payroll periods.
