PF accounts locked through &1 in current client

Diagnosis
The current evaluation is set so that all PF accounts are locked in the data bank. There is however at least one account already locked and that is through user .
Accounts are probably processed through a different program of PF module at the time, eg the posting maintenance is being processed.
System Response
Processing is cancelled.
Procedure
Make sure that no user processes a PF account during the running of this evaluation.
