No postings were found in the employee's account, therefore no value can be determined for the BVG old-age credit.
System Response
Procedure
Check if the employee has an account and that it contains this posting. If this is the case, a system error has occurred. Notify your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Check in the applicable processing schedule that the postings are imported at the beginning of the PC action with the operation "Append to account lists".
