Diagnosis

For residences and places of work in the canton of Geneva, you must also define the municipality key in the system.

Procedure

If the problem exists for personal data, check whether the information on residence and places of work within "Additions WHT Geneva" of the Tax CH infotype (0038) is correctly maintained.

If the problem exists for employer data, check the municipality information in the maintenance view "Employer Data for WHT Accounting Geneva (GeTIS)" (V_T5C2P_ABRNR).
