Diagnosis
According to Customizing, employee attributes for infotype 1. should be displayed. However, none exist.
System Response
The infotype is skipped when displaying employee attributes.

Check the settings for data origin employee attributes. At this point, you can enter the infotypes 0038, 0039 and 0278.
