Diagnosis

You have entered data in the "Amount" and "Percentage" fields. As a result, withholding tax data is not unique.

System Response

Procedure

Enter data in just one of the "Amount" and "Percentage" fields. You can also enter data in the "Scale" field in addition to one of the above fields. In this instance, it is merely displayed in withholding tax evaluations. It is not used to calculate withholding tax in payroll.
