Using this transaction, relationships of the type entered will total more than 100% for this object.
In the Customizing setting "Maintain Relationship Characteristics" (Organizational Management IMG -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Relationships/T77AR and T77AV) it is specified, that a percentage check is to be carried out for this relationship, which can, for example (according to the type of relationship), check for overstaffing.
This setting also records whether this message is to be given as information (I), warning (W) or error (E).
Personnel Adminstration transactions:
Integration between Personnel Administration and Organizational Management is active. The action that you have carried out in Personnel Administration has caused changes to relationships in Organizational Management, which have triggered this message.
