'Create posting run' has already been started by user &

Diagnosis
User has already started the program.
System Response
Program RPRFIN00_40 for creation of posting runs requests a new posting run number for each run. The number range object for the posting run number is, however, locked until creation of the posting run has been completed. During this time, the system prevents other users from starting the program.
Procedure
Wait until user has stopped using the program. If the program is still locked after user is finished, please contact your system administrator.
