You are trying to delete a previously entered advance from .
In order to make it possible to document the history of advances accurately, advances that have been entered in the past cannot be changed subsequently.
The advance is therefore not ready for input and cannot be deleted.
System Response
Procedure
Enter a new advance with the same amount but as a negative value. Since the amounts cancel each other out, you thus cancel the advance amount.
