Diagnosis
The employee's 'Organizational assignment' infotype is not unique during trip time (company code, cost center, for example).
System Response
Accounting uses information from infotype 'Organizational assignment' that is valid on the last trip day.
Procedure
If this suits your requirements, no actions are necessary.
Otherwise the assignment wanted is to be specified via the trip.
