Diagnosis

You want to transfer trip costs accounting results from a logical system in Travel Management to another logical system in Payroll Accounting. The ALE distribution model required for this operation is, however, not yet set up.

Procedure

If you want to transfer trip costs accounting results from a Travel Management system to a separate Payroll Accounting system, you must first maintain the ALE distribution model (compare report documentation for RPRPAY00 and ALE customizing).

If you do not intend to set up a distribution scenario, it is sufficient to activate schema xREI in accounting schema x000 in order to transfer the trip costs accounting results to Payroll Accounting.
