The trip was recorded with a release < 4.0A and has already been settled. You want to save this trip after changing the miles/kms entries. This is not possible, since it is not possible to find out whether retroactive accounting must be started
Compare release infos: Personnel Management --> Travel Management --> Complete retroactive accounting ability for miles/kms accumulation.
