Diagnosis
Three different statements, depending on the determination of the pension rate, are used to determine benefits payments.
The statements are defined using the fixed assignment types:
'P1' :Retirement pension rates according to new law (§ 14 par. 1 from 01.01.1992)
'P2' :Retirement pesnion rates according to old law(§ 14 par. 1 until 31.12.1991)
'P3' :Retirement pension rates according to interim regulations (§ 85 par. 1)
As long as the retirement pension rate for the employee for whom the statement is created is determined according to the new law, a statement with statement type 'P1'is used.
When you created the statement, you realized that there no statement with statement type existed.
Procedure
Ensure that there is a statment available with statement type .
Check this in table V_T704, in which all statements are defined.
In the SAP standard system, the model statements 40, 41 and 42 are used. If these statements are not available in the table, copy the statements using the Copy standard form step in the Implementation Guide in your customer clients.
