There is a mismatch between Related Person information in 'Family/Related Persons' Infotype (0021) and Employee Tax Status.
System Response
Procedure
For Employee with Tax Status 'HF' - Head of Family, create only one record in Infotype 'Family/Related Persons' (0021) and mark the Related Person as 'Other Dependant'.
