Diagnosis
Employee basis amount is 0.
System Response
If the Employee basis amount field remains blank, the calculation of Pag-IBIG contributions will be based on the employee's monthly earnings.
Procedure
If you require the employee to have a maximum contributions ceiling, enter the value in the Employee basis amount field. This amount will be compared to the employee's monthly earnings, and the lesser of the two will be used to calculate the employee's contribution to the fund.
