You refer to a structure link in a non-productive folder

Diagnosis

Your structure contains a link to a structure that is not in a productive folder.

The customer cannot display this structure.

System Response

Procedure

Have the folder made productive or remove the structure link from your structure.

To remove the structure link from the structure:

  1. Select the structure.
  2. Choose Info object -> Change contents.
    The Edit Structure screen appears.
  3. Remove the structure link from your structure by choosing Info object -> Remove from structure.
  4. Save the structure.
