Diagnosis

The included structure lies in a non-productive folder.

The cutomer therefore cannot display this structure.

System Response

Procedure

Have the folder made productive or remove the included structure from your structure.

To remove the included structure from your structure:

  1. Select the structure.
  2. Choose Info object -> Change contents.
    The Edit Structure screen appears.
  3. Remove the included structure from your structure by choosing Info object -> Remove from structure.
  4. Save the structure.
