Diagnosis
The logical file name NETSCAPE contains an invalid path name.
System Response
When HTML help is called under Unix, the path to the Browser to be called is in a logical file name. If this is empty or invalid, the HTML help can not be called under Unix.
Procedure
Enter a valid path name for NETSCAPE in the transaction FILE.
