Diagnosis
The Profile parameter eu/iwb/path_<frontend platform> is not specified for your frontend platform. The parameter specifies the path containing the HTML-based online help for display on the frontend platform.
System Response
The System cannot display the HTML-based online help.
Procedure
Maintain the Profile parameter and specify the path for the HTML-based online help. If you use several frontend platforms in your System, the parameters must be maintained for them all. Ensure that the other HTML-based online help configuration Profile parameters also have the required values. All these parameters have the prefix "eu/iwb/".
