There is no mail template for the HTML export request context

Diagnosis
To use the automatic mail service of the HTML Export, you need a mail template in which the unchangeable text parts of the mail contents are defined. If there is no such template, no automatic mails are created.

Procedure
If you want to create an automatic mail, a mail template with the technical name EXPORT.MAIL must be created in the management area for the corresponding context. The special template syntax can be found in the documentation.
