"Table of Contents" and "Chapter Files" not possible at the same time

Diagnosis
Select one option only, either Store chapter as files or Create table of contents.
You cannot select both options at the same time since a table of contents for all files cannot be created.

Procedure
Start printing structures with info objects again and select only one of the two options.
