Diagnosis
Checking the funds commitment in Funds Management, made it impossible to reduce the funds commitment by posting the actual costs. This is because the funds commitment was already labelled as being 'complete'.
System Response
The funds commitment reference is deleted from the document line. So that you have a record of which funds commitment reference was deleted from the document line, this is recorded in the HR document.
