The "basic pay" expenditure type is not funded.

Diagnosis
A form of substitute financing should be defined for a wage type whose expenditure type is not financed.
However, no financing could be determined for the basic salary expenditure type. This means that no basic salary financing was found for the corresponding period in the employee's payroll results in the financing table (FUND).
A substitution based on basic salary funding is therefore not possible.
