Diagnosis
When evaluating an employee, a payroll result should be evaluated again (because of a retroactive accounting run) to allow a difference to be posted to this result. The sequence number for personnel number for the run type , however, has not yet been posted to Accounting and is contained in a retroactive accounting chain.
System Response
If you have employed the distribution of liabilities according to expenses and maintained the table T52CODIST_RETRO (this means that you have wage types in your system that follow the inflow principle), the employee is rejected (live and test clients, live runs). For simulation runs, the system displays an error message.
Procedure
Post the sequence number for personnel number to Accounting before you perform the current evaluation.
