Diagnosis
The renumbering of the sequence numbers for personnel number could not be completed without errors. This is because the order of the sequence numbers may also be incorrect for records that are not a product of the migration from 4.3. This may be because the payroll runs may have been mixed up.
System Response
The personnel number was not processed.
