Diagnosis
There is no read or write authorization for one of the clusters to be converted for table PCL2. It concerns cluster CU (Payroll Directory) and the country-specific payroll cluster Rx (x stands for the HR country letter, for example, U for USA).
System Response
The conversion program must be cancelled.
Procedure
Check the authorization P_PCLX for the user. The user must have read and write authorization for all the clusters in question.
