Payroll simulation with document creation is not permitted

Diagnosis
You have tried to start a posting run to generate documents (live or simulated). This is only allowed for real payroll results.
System Response
Procedure
If you want to simulate payroll (for example, for Personnel Cost Planning), do not create any documents.
If you do want to start a run with document creation, deselect the 'Simulate Payroll' parameter (after choosing the 'Cost Planning' pushbutton).
