Name range definition is already used by country grouping 99

Diagnosis

You have tried to define a name range that has already been defined for all countries using country grouping 99.

Please note that it is not possible to extend the name range if a definition has already been given using country grouping 99. This applies if a complete class is defined using country grouping 99 but also even if only the specification for a class is defined. For example, if a name range definition for class 01 with specification Z is available for country grouping 99 then no other specification can be defined as a customer name range for class 01 in another country grouping.
