Diagnosis
The template of the input/output field does not begin with an underscore ("_").
System Response
The first character of the template is replaced with an underscore.
Procedure
Check the contents of the string. The template of an input/output field on a screen may only consist of underscores. At runtime, this is replaced with a suitable template (for example, for entering a date).
