Diagnosis
You are editing a step loop and have chosen Select loop end.
System Response
The system determines which fields belong in the rectangular area for the loop block by the cursor position.
Here, the position of the cursor is such that the system cannot determine whether a screen field belongs to the loop block or not.
Procedure
Place the cursor to cover all the screen elements and repeat the function.
