Diagnosis
You created a step loop. To do this, both the position and the size of the loop block are defined as a rectangular section. One corner of the loop block is already fixed by the field on which the cursor stands.

Procedure
Place the cursor so that the opposite corner of the the loop block is fixed and choose Select block end.
In most cases, loop blocks are defined as one-line loop blocks. The rectangular section is thus special in that it is part of a line.
The system first generates a minimal step loop where the loop block is repeated twice.
If you want more than two repetition blocks, place the cursor on the desired last line of the step loop area and select Select loop end.
Then, by pressing F3=Back, you can leave step loop processing and return to the fullscreen.
