Diagnosis
You want to assign anothert original.
The document type does not use the Knowledge Provider as its storage system.
You can only assign more than two originals to document types that have the indicator Document storage using Knowledge Provider set in Customizing under Definedocument type.

Procedure
- Convert remaining storage and check ins to Knowledge Provider (Report DMS_KPRO_CONVERT Migration from DVS stroage Knowledge Provider storage).
- Set the indicator Dokumentenablage via Knowledge Provider in Customizing for the document type .
