Diagnosis
You want to copy document info records from an external system to your SAP System.
The sequential file you created in your external system does not meet the specifications (see "Documentation of transfer program").

Procedure
Correct the program in the source system that produces the sequential file.
Each object allocation record (record type 4) must be preceded by document header record (record type 1).
