You want to copy document info records from an external sytem to your SAP System.
The sequential file you created in the external system does not meet the specifications (see "Documentation of transfer program").

Procedure
Correc the program in the source system that produces the sequential file.
Each description record (record type 2) must be preceded by a document header record (record type 1).
